Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Jackie Berry and I am a reflexologist.

I studied reflexology, and gained my qualification, with The International Institute of Reflexologists (IIR) in both Hand and Foot Reflexology and I am also a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). Additionally I am a practitioner in Vertical Reflexology and have undergone training in Advanced Reflexology. I hold a current First Aid certificate.

I have learnt, since practising reflexology, what a really powerful tool reflexology can be. Reflexology is an holistic, non invasive therapy that may activate the body's own healing powers. It is based on the theory that every gland, organ and system in the body is mirrored by a reflex point in the feet and hands.

Specific manipulations and pressure are performed on these reflex points and may help to:

disperse accumulations of calcium and uric acid

stimulate blood circulation

promote healing of both mind and body
