Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Jackie Berry and I am a reflexologist.
I studied reflexology, and gained my qualification in September 2009, with The International Institute of Reflexologists (IIR) in both Hand and Foot Reflexology and I am also a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). Additionally I am a practitioner in Vertical Reflexology and have undergone training in Advanced reflexology techniques (ART Registered). I hold a current First Aid certificate. I have attained Reiki I and Reiki II and now incorporate Reiki to enhance my reflexology treatments.
I have learnt, since practising reflexology, what a really powerful tool reflexology can be. Reflexology is an holistic, completely safe, non invasive therapy that may activate the body's own healing powers. It is based on the theory that every gland, organ and system in the body is mirrored by a reflex point in the feet and hands.
